Most commissions are ready in 3–4 weeks from your first consultation, depending on the complexity of the design and stone sourcing. We'll give you a firm timeline once your concept is confirmed.
It depends entirely on the metal, stone, and design — our pieces typically start around AED 8,000 and there's no ceiling on what's possible. We'll give you a clear quote after your consultation, before any work begins.
Yes — a deposit secures your stone and design slot once you approve the final sketch. The balance is due on completion, before you take the piece home.
Absolutely — resetting a family diamond or heirloom stone into a new design is one of our most requested commissions.
We refine the sketch and render with you until you're genuinely happy before a single stone is set. There's no fixed limit — we'd rather get it right.
Every diamond we use is independently graded — GIA or IGI certified — and comes with documentation you keep.
